my god! oh! my! god! nick jonas was out of breath, bad voice and to top it all of he doesn't know GOOD TIMING! he raised his hands when its not suppose to yet, god, i hope this is his last, and its also very obvious that he was chosen to BOOST ticket sales and PROMOTION, to reach US markets and younger audiences, they don't really need him, he's a mice standing next to alfie boe and ramin.

@egan8913 Are the other versions from cast albums, the dvds? Bc those have been "balanced". This is live. Yes, you can always hear Valjean -- have to, he's the baseline for the harmonies here. But is he practically drowning out every one else? If Alfie didn't have such an amazing voice, I'd probably object to that, but what a sound.

I was there that night, Nick Jonas didn't do a good job. He was weak by comparison to the rst of the cast. Also, I'd never heard of him before that night so to me he was "some random actor". Michael Ball he ain't.....

alfie has an amazing voice... but it's so inappropriate for jvj :( every time he sings i jump a little, it's so jarring.  nick jonas.... so out of place here! can't even catch his voice when he's not singing alone

@killiannetje um, yes i have!!! myself, along with my whole family are theater geeks!!! And no, he is no Michael Ball, but is still did an amazing job!!! I take voice lessons from the first American Eponine on Broadway after Frances Ruffelle left and she agrees that he did a fantastic job!
