@anthonyheaney2008 it's in the city of Shenzhen but gas water and electricity wont cost u much since the enegy companiy is ran by the state, all the bills will be somewhere between 15~20 euros inc. tv licence, for a apartment like that. hope it helps

@anthonyheaney2008 hahhaa, it's in shenzhen which is a couple of thousand miles from Shenyang, considering the fact it is 1 of the 5 economic capitals, the rent's quite alright.

I love your place. It's not very different from our "western norms' of living when you really look at it. The kitchen is significantly smaller and bedrooms as well, however there is more space devoted to entertainment and socializing. Here in the west people like to have large bedrooms but if all you do is sleep and change clothes in them... why have all that useless space? Great flat!

@DIOSpeedDemon Thanks for the comments :) that's about 560USD a month, my utilities (all the electricity, water, gas etc comes to about 88USD during summer due to heavy aircon use), yeah you're always welcome if ever you feel like popping over to the east, I'll show you round.

Thats actually quite nice, especially for somewhere described as reasonable. I think I need to re-evaluate how 'reasonable' my current living arrangements are.
