In the reruns and the DVDs, they removed the Milli Vanilli song and replaced it with a generic song. They didn't want't to save money so they could only use the song in one episode and not the reruns. Thank god they got rid of the song.

:Milli Vanilli got found out at the time that they were lip syncing. The show was effected (the whole of the Milli Vanilli songs got pulled up on a rights thingy). I don't know... I don't remember the full detailing anymore. All I know the reason why the song isn't in the ep is because of this - they included a song Milli Vanilli at the time might not even have had the rights to.

I read that originally, they had one of Milli Vanilli's songs in the episode during the concert... But when the whistle was blown on their lip syncing, they replaced the music with an instrumental.

@flashfox466 the original song which was performed was "Blame it on the Rain" which somehow leads to the pun by King Koopa. of course when the song was replaced with the stock music (which somehow sounds like  Michael Jackson's "Beat it") they partially got rid of the dialogue.
