It's more like wow is the copy of these games because these type of games came out before wow and they are games from asia. Asia makes all the good games. For example; Koreans makes all those epic games including the new gen games like Vindictus , Continent of the 9th , etc etc. I bet you all that American's are gonna start copying Asia again and make new generation games. MMORPG is a genre you can't really call anything a clone of WoW for playing like an MMORPG. THe only way it would be so is when abilities, events, classes and over concept are pretty much the same.
WoW came at a good time, when there was no real serious competition with the amount of money they put into it. Secondly Warcraft 3 and the prequels up to it in storytelling were so damn good most fans of those if not all went into WoW. Basicly, if not WC3, WoW wouldn't be much today.

The meaning of MMORPG is basically.. massively multiplayer roleplaying game... runescape and WoW are both perfect examples of RPG games. I have not yet played this game, but am currently downloading it, alot of recent MMORPG games folow the same format but this one looks pretty unique =]

Surprisingly no, I was level 13 taking on lvl25's with relative ease and NO premium items :) personally I would recommend it, but everyone has their preference.

you dont get skills from him.....its....on your skill window if you bothered checking you get them as u lvl up but u have to spend TP on it which u gain from monsters

no you dont have to pay for this game this is exactly what the creators said and i quote "No. Players will not need to spend any money to enjoy the games content. omg as soon as any mmorpg comes out some moron shows up and starts babbeling about WoW.. sometimes i think the WoW community seems to have the biggest bunch of no-lifers which are seeing their game in every other game. lol imagine it would be the same with shooters "hey awesome this just looks like (insert your fav shooter here)"
anyways i was hopeing to finally find a good f2p cyberpunk/steampunk mmo but this game just looks horrible.. no way that i will ever play that one...

Lol dude are you dumb, there is no such thing as a wanna be wow game, WoW copied from someone, who got it from someone, who started it all, and also it's F2P so more then likely it'll be kinda cheap (some games are pretty good for being free though, like Cabal) either way, no such thing as a copy, cause if you wnana put it like that, everything is a copy.

Seriously people saying that all games tries to look like wow is ignorant fools. First of all. Runescape was made LONG before wow came out. And wow is under the genre MMORPG. Meaning that ALL games under that genre has ALOT in common. Its a TYPE of game and STYLE. You get a hero, quest, gear etc. Wow has just made it perfekt, no other game have. Surprisingly no, I was level 13 taking on lvl25's with relative ease and NO premium items :) personally I would recommend it, but everyone has their preference.
