For all the fanfare, G-20 Summit has failed to deliver growth, not agreeing to a co-ordinated stimulus plan. They are even sowing the seeds of regulatory overshooting, sending us back to pre-historic times just to prevent future banking crisis. But it will not prevent real economy from shrinking and bring about more banks bail outs. A grim prospect
