@Metalmurphy i have AMD phenom X4 810 2.6 GHz. do you think the proccesor is good enough the keep and just get a new graphics card? i have 6 gb ram on this PC
@ThePinkMonster105 If you want to run it at an high resolution the HD6850 might not be enough, unless you lower your settings to HIGH instead of ULTRA.
@Metalmurphy okey so ill be able to run it with graphics on high and a pretty high resolution with that card? and if so thanks for the advice cuz high is enough for me! :D
@ThePinkMonster105 If you are ok with fluctuating framerate, around 40-60, then yes that card is enough, if you want perfect 60fps all the time, then you might need a better one.
@Metalmurphy oh btw. forgot to ask... what graphics card do you got? Saphire Radeon HD 6870? idk wich ones are good and i found XFX and saphire HD 6870 for a pretty god damn awesome price. and as always. thanks for your fast replies! ;)
@Metalmurphy well, i just gotta thank you as hell for your support to me and quick answers m8. never tought any1 would help me out. BUT... my motherboard is m2n78-LA i searched around google and people say its a PCI epxress x16 but idk if its true. so do you know if my motherboard can take the ASUS HD 6870? and if you find any website where they say it and you KNOW its true please tell me. but i have seen alot of ppl saying its PCI express x16
@ThePinkMonster105 It will work even if your motherboard is 2.0. Don't worry. The speed is the same too, 2.1 only has some new supports that are being tested and will only be important in 3.0
@Metalmurphy uhm m8 im in need of BIG BIG BIIIG help... look on the package it says it needs 500W power supply... mines 300W, but is it really true i need 500W? and its overclocked to 915 Mhz btw... so pls pls pls answser
@ThePinkMonster105 Yes ofcourse. I'm surprised you had a 300W with a HD4650, that's calling it very close. You will need a new powersupply. I recommend going with a Corsair / Antec or PC Power
I5 CPU 750 @ 2.67 GHz (4 CPUs) ~ 2.7 GHz
8GB DDR3 (2x4) RAM
Total Memory 8192MB RAM
nVidia GTX 570 (1280 MB)
From the knoledge you have, how do you think this would be able to run the game?
I currently have played the Beta on PS3 and want to play on PC. This is what I would upgrade my PC to.
TheTravlerHD 5 months ago
@TheTravlerHD Very very well. Everything on ULTRA with no problems. As long as you don't use an insane resolution and lots of AA.
Metalmurphy 5 months ago
looks really fun to play, do you think its better than battlefield 2?
DethThrasher1 5 months ago
@DethThrasher1 Yes and no. There's alot of stuff that needs to be tweaked and fixed. But it has the potential to be better then BF2.
