You need to go to Options and mark the console option. Then you can open console with `(left from 1). And how do you meen "i have got the game and i have downloaded the game as well"

Wrote to console "sv_cheats 1". then wrote "God".. And if you want to have fun wrote "noclip"

To spawn tank wrote : "z_spawn tank"

To spawn witch wrote :"z_spawn witch"

If you want to remove bots aim one of them and wrote "ent_remove" I think that helps :)
