I did just that this weekend! Took time for myself got out into nature appreciated the present and stayed in gratitude today! I am doing everything i can to make myself an incredible being that has learned from past mistakes and turned them into cherished lessons.
Love the idea of what we do to show our appreciation and gratitude. Had a wonderful epiphany last weekend I am much more than what I achieve. Thanks for the rminder.
Thank you for sharing this most important key to life. Honestly, it is the secret to functional, rather than dysfunctional living. If we could ALL focus on what is right in our lives there would be less disorder, or dysfunction. We are human BEINGS (not human DOINGS), aren't we?

Gratitude is the only practice that instantly puts me into the present space and time, and makes me feel calm. Love this reminder!
