Regarding the use of a taser. It is deployed each and every time for however many times it takes for the suspect to finally "voluntarily" comply. Getting back up is noncompliance. Saying "no" is noncompliance. Not following lawful orders is noncompliance. You will get it again and again until you finally decide to comply. Plain and simple. lol, uhhmm, youtube? just install realplayer on ur pc, then when you open a youtube video it has a little 'download this video' button on top of the video, click tht & it will dl the vid onto ur comp. than u can upload it yourself :D
