I got 4 census forms posted through the letterbox this year ..3 on walksort and 1 franked from fareham with a 79p cost to them ... 3 of them were addressed to "The occupier" and one addressed to just "Occupier"
well seeing as my name / legal fiction is neither, i was under no obligation or statute to fill it
in and neither are any of you. for the ones who did fill it in, silly you! have you not wondered

Pleased to see someone else who has an understanding of the difference between common law and statute law. How can the UK goverment expect us to comply with all this nonsense when they can't even guarantee security of our personal and confidential information. Particularly when they contract the census out to a non UK company with an unsavoury record in a number of ways. Well done my friend.

I love the bit at the end the most! Are we really governed by consent? If thats the case then we have a right not to contract with government in any way? I'll have to cancel my council tax too then! Same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago, woman from the council came to my door saying if I didnt sign the electoral register I'd get £5k fine. So I asked under what law? She didnt know, so I told her I'm not signing it and if she wanted to come back again, get her facts straight!

What really winds me up is the threats that are made with fine for not doing anything! Do you know of anyone thats actually been fined for not signing anything? Did they pay or were they arrested?

@soundkartel i dont of anyone getting fined for not signing, but when they did the last census a few million didnt fill it in and only 20 people was prosecuted. They have to get you to give them your name in order to prosecute. this year over 7 million didnt fill in the census.

@soundkartel not doing anything is compliance to them so if they send u a summons, u must show your face, but never stand in their "dock". if you stand in the dock your liable under their law. if you stand in their dock you have consented! never admit your the legal fiction that is your birth certificate. you are a human not a person, person = slave :)
