@maxmc89 Not correct. Its all an equation. Nitrogen saturation raises with time spent at depth. Even free divers can get Decompression Sickness. I believe Euro comps were lowered from 6hours to 5 a few years ago due to too many high end divers getting DCS from being at depth too long. That said, you would have to be a pro to get DCS freediving.

Great vid man, i have 15 years old, i can hold my breath 2.37 seconds static but when free diving i only reach 60 feet and about 1:00 no forcing all easy i stay time a the bottom , i think that the fins affect me because they arent tight to my feet and arent soo long as yours, maybe less than half. i will appreciate any suggestions

How long is not very long?

Good physical condition is essential!

Start exercising deep breaths focusing on using your lungs to full extent.

Try to pack air into your lungs. After a full inhalation, press air into your lungs using your mouth. This puts stress on the diaphragm, and will be unpleasant at first, but it is essential to breath holding.

Do this at first on your sofa - not in open water.

Do not hyperventilate heavily in open water - less you want to drown.

noooo go to diving school and let tham teach u proper techinque.

And to try to help u just little most easiest way is to equlize is to pinch tne nose and blow into it, but u need to equlize mask to because if it gets presurized to ur face u cant equlize and ur blood veasels in ayes will explode and that can hurt

or buy an an expand-a-lung..it is a breath tension deivce..which strengthens your lungs..do only on the edge of a chair..not during physical activity...you'll pass the f*ck out..or, do the same breath methods he suggested, but start inhalation from deep within your diaphragm, to maximize air intake...=)
