One thing more Try to calculate the chamber Psi and the nozzle design. your current design is not able to withstand the pressure for more then 30% of propellant ignition as it was burst within 3 secs of ignition. there are lots of factors to be consider like propellant mixture, grain dia, nozzle dia nozzle type, etc etc.

@86nabatat well your video is the first one i guess. And please don't upload more "warna esa na ho agency paker ker lyjay" this is Pakistan" .

for any opinion about the failure, i must know the technicals. Most important is the propellant. and what type of nozzle you have used cov, diver and angles etc . In first instance i guess gases need more exhaust thats why it was a bomb rather then a rocket.
