Okay i've been dealing with high ping all my life.. They kick high pingers because high pingers lag there server making other people lag.. the lag in the video isn't ping lag it's fps lag which means you need a better graphics card so your computer can handle it.

I had this problem where my computer would lag for five seconds and then I would get a sudden burst of speed since I was supposed to be moving forward for five seconds. This usually always gets me killed but one time I was charging projector room, lagged, then I gained the sudden advantage with a burst of speed and took out a good portion of the opposing team.

So lag CAN help, but it is mostly freak chance.

I had that problem before, its not a hack or anything. i looked it up on steam faqs. you gotta turn off your wireless zero configuration, you only need to to connect to the internet nothing more. that was my problem.

penguin is right, are you using wireless connection? if so then uve just hit a lag spot which can be helpful i guess if it happens at the rite time ie flashed, but lagging all the time wud jst be ghey and tedius and no helo what so ever.
