Bishop Sheen never said that Our Lord was created, he knows as do we that he always was and is God, but that he donned the flesh of his own creation and came to redeem it . He came down to our level, how humbling of God to do such a thing for his creatures that he loves. He also can now judge us in our weak human state because he was now one of us

And this doctrine assigns the attributes of creation to God who is far above what the polytheist attributed to Him, and for the Monotheist who is upon the upright way of Abraham peace be upon this worst sin one can commit. God can choose to be incarnated, precisely because of being God!
