  • Sub zero cool! So much style, ordinary skaters won't dig it.

  • you guys are such a bunch of dickheads. go out and try this and see how you do. wtf are people such haters on youtube? jealousy maybe? or is it an american thing? wait, I got it, bunch of self-righteous, know-it-all, teeny boppers?

  • @JackGoa true that. Like it looks a little hard but once i thought about it, it is freakin hard to skate switch. This is just a style that he made up. I couldnt think of it. Skateboarding is all about fun and he is having a lot of fun even though its not so popular.

  • Love it: nothing fancy on the feet, nothing fancy on the ground.

  • Chris, what is this AWESOME SONG?

  • also, i didnt wear helmets back in the 70's for flatland riding and won't wear them now. helmets dont save your head as much as falling technuques do. riding skateparks and racing fast downhill. I WEAR A HELMET.

  • "Skogging which really is barely any skill at all." what? ok show us your skog. make a video and show us how easy you can switch push, pump and carve. i'd love to see it! yu must be a pro!

  • que duro...

    who sings?

  • You are AWESOME uncle C!!!

  • Very cool and innovative skating. But, Chris, if you're going to promote your technique/company.... WEAR A HELMET ALL THE TIME.

  • why on earth was this voted down?

  • @wrgum No one would expect me to wear a helmet when I'm running, so if I'm doing something (skateboard, unicycle, bike, w/e) < or = to the speed I run (assuming I'm not trying to pull off any tricks), I don't wear a helmet. If I'm going to go faster than I run, then of course I wear one. I think that's a common sense rubric.

  • awesome video

    creative, expressive and unique skating

  • I'm all about doing your own thing and don't have a problem with what hes doing but why does he have a pro model? I mean this really doesnt look like something that takes much skills.

  • now he is old but he was a world champion back in the day. excuse my english!

  • I know but that was for Slalom if he had a pro Slalom model from Sk8kings I could understand that because that takes skill but he has a pro Model for Skogging which really is barely any skill at all.

  • its not that its hard, its mastering the four diff riding positions (the basic ones) to make it look that fluid. he rides in so many diff positions without even thinking about it

  • cause hes a unique guy and hes got a unique setup. real question is why the f not?

  • cuz it barely requires as much skill as street, vert, slalom, freestyle or downhill. Not ragging on what hes doing skateboardings all about having fun I just dont see how a pro model is deserved for this slalom I could see it but not skogging sorry.

  • It's not about a "PRO" skogging deck. It's about respect and what Yandall has accomplished in his skating career. Skogging is something he invented so Sk8kings and Galac built him a deck to his specifications. Why do shortboards have "PRO" models when they're all the same?

  • skogging is the art of innovation. Chris Yandall, you're my hero!

  • Cool vid, looks easy but probably takes a bit of practice. Thanks!

  • really not smooth when he pushes
