Ken, Please know that you are not alone. There are a lot of us out here and we will give you the support that you need we have all been there where you are right now. If need to sleep, sleep. But try your very best to go out and walk. Walk around the neighborhood just try to keep active. I know it's working for me. I was able to walk a block at the begining and now I walk 1hr. I hope that you are taking meds, that is very important. You also need someone to talk to. Make be a hot line or family.
