I think if you read "fall" like a season, it has more sense...

@ihugtheworld It really just means that there is a place that is serene (Sunday in the fall). The analogy that a Sunday in the fall is serenity or overall a peaceful time and place. It's just a hypothetical perfect time where "Everything was right"
