HOW DID YOU GET AN A ON ANIMAL????? i have been trying for the longest time. i get everything right and i do it fast. is there a special thing you have to do? also, good job on getting an a on bleed! i am still trying.

1) This guy hacked; don't bother asking him.

2) Taking the bones you don't have to saw out of Animal's stomach doesn't contribute to your combo; as such, instead of cleaning everything up before using the saw, focus on clearing the area around the dotted line on the pelvis first. Make the cut, remove a few more things, take out the piece of the pelvis, and repeat until everything's taken care of. Just make sure that you don't spend too long taking out bones before maintaining your combo.

Hey, so do you unlock BUM by getting 1,000,000 points, or are you not allowed to replay other surgeries to get there (ie getting 70k on the same surgery twice to get 140k)?
