I know The Brand is a powerhouse in West, but I was being specific to Oz. It makes me wonder about the show's location (Jersey, NY?), since it's weird to see so many different gangs (Aryans and Italians) under one roof. I think it's Jersey judging from the Hispanic, Irish, and Italians.

Yeah, OZ is NY. Oz is also bullshit in terms of realism. You're actually right about Italians having some pull in the state prisons.
