@ErinElvis78 Some singers (long time singers) do deal with vocal problems and must rest their vocal cords, but I don’t think it’s known to cause cancer. In Georges case I guess it is assumed (the original cancer) to be from his smoking habits, of course it seems there is so much cancer out there these days, and some people now die of lung cancer that have never smoked.

I wish it had not happened to George as he was my favorite.
