  • God bless George! Proper music by music legends - a real treat!

  • God bless youtube so we can have the real music again

  • What a line up of legends! Today we could get Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry...just pulling your tit!!!! Fuck music has deteriorated to the point that these must be the end time prophecy signs Nostradamus was talking about!!! When fuck wits dominate the airwaves be assured that the world will end!

  • why do ppl feel the need to point out how many dislikes videos get :/

  • wow, this is epic...

  • 128 people thought it was opposite day.....love this song

  • Este vídeo es una verdadera rebanada de la historia del S. XX

  • GEORGE HARRISON IS MY FAVORITE BEATLE!

  • I got my first radio when I was 5...this song was playing...I've loved it ever since...It just still to this day makes me feel happy. I remember dancing in my room to it...I still feel so happy when I hear it. I picture the sun coming up...the earth so bright & fresh...life so new and exciting...things change..but the feeling I get when I hear this....never does...it's just beautiful!

  • the best

  • These guys made such amazing music. This song has been used in many movies, even Parent Trap to show an amazing feeling of a young girl meeting her mother for First Time.

  • best beatles song

  • In 5 billion years, the world will end to this tune :)

  • @JakusLarkus Very witty man... jajajajaa!!!

  • @JakusLarkus I certainly hope so!

  • George Harrison was such a lovely person. I miss him and his music.

  • No matter how much the cancer and smoking has affected his voice at this point, I can't help but love him til the end of time.-3

  • Amazing :)

  • que lindo isso!

  • mmm

    wonderful

  • Ringo work'in hard!

  • Ray Cooper on tambourine I think.

  • @hokiejane right

  • For those who don't know who Harry Nilson is..well he collaborated with the Beatles quite often. John Lennon admired him. One song he wrote that was a monster hit was..One is the Loneliest Number.

  • hmmm ok you afficianodo's the other pianist is not an unknown, that is Harry Nilson.

  • @TheSplaticus It's Nilsson, as opposed to Nilson...

  • anyone know if theres a clip where all four of the beatles performed this live?

  • @asianwankster - No such thing, the Beatles stopped performing live in 1966 with the exception of the Get Back rooftop performance in 1969 for the Let It Be movie.

  • Thank You George. TY.

  • lovely music they made--all of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Whether we be Jew, negro, hispanic or in my case a Fenian, this world is in wind down, so I would advise one to get ones house in order, as The Man approaches imminently. God save the children and those who are like unto them...

  • @ErinElvis78 Let It Be is already in that fashion. Any of Paul's songs are oblivious to the reason John and George had in theirs. The nigger, Jew, spic, and all other corrupt beings, are going to up-rise in a revolt, all out of jealousy of the white race.

  • @ErinElvis78

I was confused the first time I saw it, and yet it think it is because George played the ukulele, and I hope he was not trying to say that he had the idea for Something. George liked the ukulele.

  • @theloosegoose333

Something is the greatest Beatles song of all time, here comes the sun is next.

  • @ErinElvis78 George had a great love for the ukelele. Do a little research, look up "Ain't She Sweet" by George and Paul on YouTube, then you will have a greater understanding of Paul's use of the ukelele at the Memorial Concert

  • @fcjcan Yes I ought to do more research before making statements, you made your valid point with civility and without resorting to the usual gnashing that's so prevalent today. For what it's worth I salute you and remove my comment forthwith!! As the name would suggest, I dig Elvis but greatly admire the musical genius that were The Beatles.

  • I recall reading that Georges family background was full of cancer so even though 'all things must pass', perhaps he shortened his life; but I guess, like Elvis, there was 'no more' to do at that stage. From my reading of him, he did seem like the most sincerest/honest of the four, IMO.

George is probably smoking ganja on the Ganges as we speak!!

  • You can learn how to play it like George at Philtangerine How to Play Here Comes the Sun.

  • I'm pretty sure Clapton doesn't appear in this, I see, Harrison, Phil Collins, Robbie Robertson, Jools Holland and Ringo Starr alright

  • When music was called music ..

  • Jeff Lynne is also there on the guitar

  • @Terrilliser true, and I wish he'd get more into making music..Love ELO

  • @Terrilliser Jeff Lynne (Electric Light Orchestra) also played and sang at the tribute to George concert( nov-2002) held at the Royal Albert hall; the place mentioned in the song (A Day in the Life); “now they know how many holes it takes to fill the Albert Hall”.

  • can;t believe its been 10 years. May the magic live on.

  • vamos a ver este hombre es Joaquin Sabina...

  • @M1Ramses Parece Joaquin Sabina, es cierto xDD

  • @M1Ramses sabina no le llega ni a la uña del dedo gordo del pie a George Harrison

  • Dude George is so good looking, he looks talks and acts like a "James Bond" kinda guy.

  • MANY FOOLS STILL SMOKE CIGARETTES. ADDICTIONS WHERE THE BODY AND OFTEN THE SOUL. AT LEAST HE DID NOT EAT ANIMALS AND WAS VERY SPIRITUAL. HE WAS AGAINST ORGANIZED RELIGION. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. GREAT GREAT TALENT. PART OF THE BEGINNING OF ROCK & ROLL .....GLAD I SAW PAUL IN CONCERT IN 2010 AND ALSO RINGO. HOPE TO SEE & HEAR THEM AGAIN IN 2012!!

  • Speaking of throat problems associated with George, it's one of those strange things, Goose, that you mention it, as I too am a singer, have an incessant cough and a sore throat, so I hope it passes and Georges fate doesn't come to pass for me. Another of those Twilight Zone moments perhaps!

  • @ErinElvis78 YES LUNG CANCER. HE HAD 3 TYPES OF CANCER THAT HE WAS FIGHTING.HIS HOME WAS INVADED AND HIS HEALTH WENT DOWN CAUSE THE WAS WEEL AT FINGT THE CANCER. HE DIED FROM BRAIN CANCER. VERY SAD FOR MY VEGETARIAN FRIEND. HE WAS CLOSED TO BEING A VEGAN. RIGO & PAUL ARE VEGETARIAN AND MAYBE VEGAN NOW AS THEIR KIDS THAT ARE ADULTS NOW OF COURSE. LOVEYOU GEORGE. DIED 190 YEARS AGO AS OF NOVEMBER 29, 2011.

  • @ErinElvis78 Some singers (long time singers) do deal with vocal problems and must rest their vocal cords, but I don’t think it’s known to cause cancer. In Georges case I guess it is assumed (the original cancer) to be from his smoking habits, of course it seems there is so much cancer out there these days, and some people now die of lung cancer that have never smoked.

I wish it had not happened to George as he was my favorite.

  • very nice song!!! great George Harrison (+)

  • Awesome. Thank you for uploading!!!!

  • @molly6moon. I believe your right. Thanks!

  • A wonderful song, i love george and ringo, and john an paul too. The Beatles will be unique

  • Love it, but why is the flipping tambourine so loud??

  • One of my favorite songs. George Harrison's mother invented white out.

  • @katobeauty

Actually it was the mother of Michael Nesbitt of the Monkees who invented Liquid Paper. George Harrison's mother was a housewife and sometime shop assistant.

  • I LOVE THIS SONG!!!!!

  • Rough vocal here, maybe he should have sat down and chilled out, kinda spoils the studio master, for me. George- the most sincere of The Fab 4,. John- the most spiritually gifted song composer, Paul- the best singer and Ringo is just Ringo! All merely IMhumbleO

  • @ErinElvis78

George suffered from throat problems in later years and yet kept singing for some time and eventually died of throat and lung cancer.

  • @theloosegoose333

All things must pass George, but you should have let the smoking be, given the latent cancer within you, and now The Beatles are without you!

  • RIP GEORGE

  • 124 people live in a FUCKING CAVE

  • Liverpool I left you.....said goodbye to mandrine street.....(Liverpool 8, by Ringo)

  • this osng reminds me sundays mornings of my childhood. adorable.

  • That was back Phil Collins still had hair.

  • I weep for my generation.

  • These guys were the Greatest Band in History.....I am so lucky to have grown up listening to their music

  • @greenhornet299 Im so jealous of you. I wold do anything to have grown up back then.

  • @greenhornet299 i'm growing with their music too, just in the wrong era :(

  • @MrACDC1997 Sorry but at least you can stll enjoy it.. : )

  • @bob35317 i'm indeed very happy with that!

  • This is a true story: Humanity created two amazing probes called Voyager 1 and 2 to explore the heavens outside our solar system. One of them has a golden disk in the form of a record. This song is on it for all to experience for eternity. That is the infinate power of expression.

  • @tonyrosam - NOT TRUE. The gold disc has music samplings and sounds from all over the world, some of it ancient..some of it bizarre. Carol Sagan's wife even included recordings of electronic pulses from her brain. The thinking was that a BILLION years from now an advanced people might be able to READ these pulses. However, there are NO Beatle songs on the disc. A member of the team had suggested "Here Comes The Sun" at one time because it referred to our sun. Nice try at myth-making!

  • @thegrinchl7 - Why don't you serve me some Kosher meat?

  • @RobertFCrusader - You want Kosher meat? OK...here's

some: Marilyn Monroe! Meat fit for a pair of over sexed

brothers. Gives a whole new meaning to "executive privilege"

when one can hand off some used meat to his younger,

less capable brother. Ahhh...power! It's good to be king!

  • @thegrinchl7 - Yeah but that was CONVERTED meat. That doesn't count. Besides, I had her a few times and you could really taste the difference. Less capable brother?

You know, Jack played the part, I ACTED the part. Jack was more involved in threesomes in the swimming pool than being a president. And he was right! But he was not the president people thought he was. According to the women he was also a lazy, lousy lay....

  • @RobertFCrusader - My father was in Cuba when

Lansky hosted a very young senator Jack Kennedy

who arrived on the pretext of a "fact finding" mission.

Mr. Lansky had 3 of the youngest prettiest Cuban girls

sent to Jack's room at the Capri. Jack must've struggled

to find those "facts" for he and the 3 girls did not come

out of the room for 3 days. "Bad back"? My ass! Jack

was doing sex positions that would've killed most 20

    year old Yoga practitioners!

  • @thegrinchl7 - You mean my brother LIED to me? He was always complaining about his "bad back". You're right about the sex though. When he hadn't sex for 2 days he really started to complain of terrible headaches. He also took uppers, downers, ANYTHING that would heightened his sex drive. He told me, I don't care what it is, even if it's horse piss, as long as it works. Talking about headaches, I feel one coming up.....

  • He looks like House with a mullet

  • bravo!

  • Play it George! Play it like only you can play! We'll listen.

  • Hey! it's jeff lynn! One of my favorite composers/songwriters aside from george. I'm only 21 years old by the way and have a huge respect for george and other musicians from the time. Sick of all these older folks telling my generation we dont know what good music is.

  • @Boonskee - Who is Jeff Lynn? Never mind...I don't really care.

  • @thegrinchl7 now that's a troll statement if I ever heard one!

  • @thegrinchl7 if you don't know you don't deserve to know. L2ELO scrub.

  • Here comes the sun, is alright. Sir George Harrison for you and us. God bless you ever/

  • grande e eterno george...

  • So one day I decided I was going to sag off Apple and I went over to Eric Clapton's house. The relief of not having to go see all those dopey accountants was wonderful, and I walked around the garden with one of Eric's acoustic guitars and wrote "Here Comes the Sun"

  • siempre seguras viv0 ge0rge harris0n

  • we miss you george.

  • Miss you George...

  • tributo este dia a un grande que hoy 29 de noviembre de 2001 nos dejo para irse con su dulce Señor,larga vida a la leyenda GEORGE HARRISON

  • 10 Yrs since we lost this guy. Still Hard ATo Believe. We miss him alot. He is in Gods Hands....

  • There's one hell of a line up in that band!

  • Wow two months of musical sadness...Today November 29 and Next month Dec 8--two of the greatest musicians to have have passed into eternity. George and John both left their legacies through what we listen to today! Their MUSIC!

  • I looked outside yesterday when the Sun broke through the clouds and immediately started to feel positive humming "Here comes the Sun" remembered hearing that song as a small kid. Today Nov 29 2011 not so Sunny thought about song again thinking about who was the Artist that made that song ? interesting coincidence 10 years to the day since you left.George I hope people will remember now and always when the Sun breaks through the clouds, on a cloudy day, your song of Positivity . Cheers M8!

  • 10 years!

  • 10 years without George Harrison. We miss you.

  • This song and "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" show that, yes, the Beatles did break up at the right time. John and Paul were holding him back.

  • The sun is gone, ten years ago... ;(

  • What a great performance. I am impressed by seeing Elton, Phil and Ringo backing him. Everytime Ringo plays there is always a 2nd drummer.

  • Even though it's raining here, The sun will come out and it will be alright. Gone but never forgotten!

  • Don't forget the date, George left this world 10 years ago, but he's still here.

  • :)

  • Hermosa canción. los Beatles fueron, son y serán los mas grandes de la historia, es maravilloso ver tantas estrellas juntas, gran video.

  • @funkymcnugget no, George Harrison wrote it. She did a good cover, but not as good as the original.

  • I spy with my little eye Jeff Lynne.

  • erm Im new girl in your class

  • ONE OF THE MOST JOYOUS SONGS EVER SUNG !

  • @sharkeysmum hush, you fat shitting gimp !

  • Its not Here Comes The Sun unless either John or Paul are there...

  • Thankyou for this great post. Can anyone tell me who the percussionist playing the tamborine is, please.

  • @Johnathonq51 Ray Cooper. He is one of the world's best percussionist. Plays with Elton John, Eric Clapton and many others.

  • @lilybean1231 I agree Ray Cooper is the man. I like it in the Mark Knopfler Brothers in arms at montserrat.

  • @Johnathonq51 Can't remember his name but he was with Elton John in USSR years ago, there was a short film showing the concert in the cinema. It was played before the movie "Porridge" for what it's worth.

  • also playing ray cooper and geff lynne

  • Is it just me or could anyone else not keep their eyes off the freaky guy working that tambourine? Made me nervous, like he was gonna attack Phil & start eating his brains on stage or something. This song will always be in my top 5 to play on guitar... long live King George!!!

  • when one night is over, and the daylight begins to dry up those cold night tears as salt sticks eyes into the crying squint, know now as it breaks, it all comes back ... the daylight numb, there is one chance for sleep... some where between them there must be a place for me to rest... the blanket... why does my head pop of there... as eyes open I look real fast as pain gushes in...its a dream its a dream... the milli second of hope will be longer one day

  • Fantasic!!!. Too bad the poor guy could not quit smoking. It was what did him in.

  • is that phil collins on the drums ?

  • @AlecTheConfused No. It's his crack whore sister, Philomena.

  • George dedicated the song to Srila Prabhupada of Hare Krishna movement. Prabhupada was surely the Sun who George is referring to, who brought the Light to the western world.

  • lol I have that guitar...

  • All that was missing was Paul , then this would have been the reunion concert .

  • Ringo's outplaying Phil .

  • In just a few weeks we will have been without you for 10 years, it seems so hard to believe. But your memory and music will live on forever.

We love and miss your terribly George, forever rest in peace.............
