I truly am sorry for your loss, but the video was beautiful! ^^ I was nearly on the verge of tears too, and my grandfather is very weak as well. But since I live very far away and I don't see him often, I'm only hoping and praying that he can make it through to Christmas...even though the suffering may kill him before I get there.

But don't worry. ^^ He's in a better place now....

Very very sad! I'm so sorry about your lose. I remember my Nana dying and that still kills me today. She died after I had left the house, so it was very difficult. But she waited for me to leave in order to move on. This video went along with your real life event very well. You should be proud. The ending was perfect. I hope you feel better and just know that there are still people around who care. May he rest in peace.
