  • Again another classic I 1st heard at the Wheel,, and the Top Twenty,,, anybody remember that on in Oldham,,,, the all dayer after the all nighter at the wheel,,,,,,,

  • Always loved this!

  • oh so great. great great.

  • WRITTEN by MIRACLES MEMBERS SMOKEY ROBINSON and BOBBY ROGERS. THE CONTOURS VERSION is THE ORIGINAL.(1965) The J Geils , Rod Stewart, and David Bromberg versions are covers. This is a MOTOWN song.

  • just found out this is not a geils original

  • This song reached #12 on Billboard's R&B chart, making it a bona fide top 20 hit.

  • love this song!

  • My wife didn't believe that this was really a song until I played this for her ...

thanks for posting this great early motown classic ... long live 60's music !!

  • Ride on man ride, LOL!!!

  • this song is timeless as a single man I'm still looking at the purse.

  • That's a bit of a stretch calling it a HIT.

  • @srercrcr Must you be so negative its a great song period. . .

  • This was one of my first 45 records I bought for 17 cents at Clarks Dept. Store!!!

  • "She can be covered with a rash, as long as she got some cash..."

  • These guy were some underrated singers. They kicked butts with their raw sound and fierce dance moves. Berry Gordy should've done more with this group. This tune and 'Can You Do It' will make you groove for sure.

  • @reddvelvet Same thing with Jr. Walker and the all Stars. Good groups, but don't seem to have got the recongition they deserved.

  • rite on!

  • Tip top.
