  • i would also like to say that it was amazing. Your knife skills are amazing. How long did you train to get to skinning an apple so fast and clean.

  • i am honestly requesting info as to if the gaps in the knife actually serve a purpose? I would love to know. It seems to make it easier for things to come unstuck from the knife but i can't tell.
