I disagree with "total Sonic Youth copy"; however some songs (this one, in particular) have very heavy SY influences. In several circumstances, I kind of prefer Kinski to SY - more refined into a sound, a little less experimental.
This is coming from someone who has probably lost at least a single-digit percentage of his hearing from "Dirty Boots"; so, no insult intended. I both agree and disagree. You have good taste in music, regardless.
