@Reyesthekid. Yes sir it does. Weather or not they feel remorse for their crime holds alot of weight as to where they are placed. Schemming and decieving also factor into the outcome. One has to think these things out, Premeditation and planning of scenarios such a s dressing as a cop, not only in Montanna but in Mass. as well.

And it sounds like lying, even after a conviction is still despicable, because it robs the victim's family and the community of closure.

On the other hand regardless of the motive to lie, I would imagine child killers would be less likely to confess because it is like a sentence to death by fellow inmate.
