It's a huge mistake to call such a beautiful song oldie. In fact the song was way too advance for its time. Yes, the film itself was fishy but the songs, way too good for those days. The day for such a timeless song is yet to come!

Shankar Jaikishan and Laxmikant Pyrelal... Great composers the like of whom we shall never experience again. People like AR Rahman have got a long way to go before they can reach the dizzy heights that these masters of Bollywood achieved. It's nice to know others appreciate the composers art and don't just go harping on about how good the singer is.
