I was out at carbon canyon so, ca. and fishing for carp for fun, there are huge carp in there over 20 pounds, any way, using a 1' diameter dough ball and caught a 4 pound large mouth! couldnt believe it when the fish jumped. he's possibly still there, i released him/her. way cool day. nice vid guys
OH YA Ive been trying to get to see this one for a few days now. I look at it and wished i had the time before. catch and release is great if your not hungary. LOL
i think the wife and i are ready for that second camping honeymoon. i love the hammocks and covering. i used to make hammocks from the furniture pads and load straps in my dads' moving van(18 wheeler). i slept great. THANKS FOR THE VID,GREAT JOB.
You know if you put them on a stick over a fire they become chewy! LOL I have had survival training in the USMC andalso in the US Army so there are a lot of things I have eaten while out in the bush. Some good some bad, none the less it filled the belly and gave me the energy I needed to continue.
LOL I know youre right. im glad friar had a good time and i loved the vid. im just jelous. i hope yu go again soon and tape it so idont feel like i missed out.
It is rare to see in my part of the country, but in my eyes it is the only way to camp anymore. I'm in love with hammock camping! Light weight, compact and comfortable what more could one ask for?
Awesome fishing Guys, Bet that was one heck of trip!! Drak how did you reel in that monster!! LOL Must have put up one heck of a fight!!! LOL. Nice fish Friar!! Awesome stuff Guys!! 5/5
We had a great time. On an ultra light that little whopper felt bigger, there was a few larger ones but most of the fish we caught that day were around that size.
Catch and release programs are going to allow us to keep fishing for years to come. Overfishing has caused major issues all over the world. It is the right thing to do! Glad you agree.
