Absolutely great film with awesome fight scenes. Scott Adkins is currently my favorite Action star. He's amazing. Mika Hijii was great too.This film is one of my favorite Non-stop-action films of the 2000's - along with Jurassic Park 3 (2001), Running Scared (2006), Ultraviolet (2006), The Condemned (2007), Shoot 'Em Up (2007), Eagle Eye (2008), The Tournament (2009)

Scott Adkins has the quality and grace of being qualified to train Ninjutsu, as there is an American dude claiming to have earned black belt after 8 years of training in Japan (National Geographic Fight Science).

It would be really fun if they made this movie after Undisputed 3 ^_^ (Boyka learning ninjutsu).

ok just saw this movie as well as ninja assassin, both has their plus and minus, ninja assassin was shot way too dark, black clad ninjas shot in near darkness plus to many cuts away from the action but the story was better. ninja had some cool fight scenes and i could make out what was going on but the story was so reused even more than ninja assassin. plus as much as adkins is a badass, i never liked the "american being better than the natives at their martial art." well except for snake eyes

I can't confirm this. The movie and the trailer of Avatar were pretty similar. However, there are cases where both differ (Inglorious Basterds), but that is rather seldom, so I do not consider it at all. In fact, considering it would make trailers pointless alltogether.
