its easy man, as long as you have the firmware already. ok this is what you do

Open up Itunes and make sure your nano is plugged in

then go under devices and select your ipod nano and then on your keyboard press and hold the shift button,while you have the shift button held click restore then a window will pop up in Itunes and then just locate your old firmware and press open. you should be able to do the rest from there.

That is indeed a 5g ipod. The way he is doing that is hundreds of pictures in his photos album that are each a frame in a video of an ipod scrolling through coverflow. He scrolls forward and backward through the pictures creating the illusion of coverflov, but in reality he is just playing a video forward and backward frame by frame really fast.
