I`m pretty sure the creator of the PV traced over some of the animation from Anime OPs (Heck he/she said so in the Nico Nico videos`s discription). Just like people are saying, I`m sure Miku`s hopping is from Maria Holic and Luka falling is from Arakawa Under the bridge. I read that there are also some parts from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Bakemonogatari, and Kuchu Buranko. It might be fun trying to figure out which part is from which anime ^^

It was pretty good. They had a good sense of movement with certain parts like the jumping, but the animation was a bit sloppy at times and made me a little irritated. Some of the imagery was pretty nice, too.
