Yes, the stock air box gave us the most power. The problem with the open air box is the fact it draws in heated air from the engine compartment (BAD). We want nice cool dense air. Colder air = more O2 = more BANG.

He was running the first map at the time but has now moved up to map 7. CAI's are great for free horsepower as long as they are shrouded from the heat of the engine & draw in cool fresh air. This style was just a double ended cylindrical filter that attached to both intake tubes. He will not be putting in DP's that I know of.

The conversion comes out to 263kw at the wheels 352hp x 0.746 = 263kw
