Apparently green tea can effect your stomach so that is produces more of a particular acid. This can make your mouth taste bad after a long time. After sleeping you can have a rancid taste in the mouth and apparently tea can do this.
So basically, there are 2 'warnings' here... one of which is if you are pregnant, which any respectful mother would check to see if they can drink anything with caffeine anyway. And the other is a 'only if your deficient in Iron' but really, I wouldn't worry about it. So that narrows it down to - this is a waste of a video and your effort for posting it, and for me to be writing this now. This whole thing was a complete waste of time. But at least I FEEL BETTER!
screw the side effects...I look at the benefits like L-Theanine that promotes relaxation and improving cognitive functions in the brain, and Anti-oxidants to fight the free radicals inside your body.
I drink Green Tea twice a day, while other people at work drink Coffee...I feel so alone. Are there people out there that love it as much as I do?
@IdentityHero ....Do this everyday....you may add additional fruit flavor tea bags to the brew such as blueberry tea, etc. You may squeeze the entire lemon/lime or just half into the brew- it is up to you. You may substitute the lemon/lime with orange juice. You may substitute the grape juice with another natural juice. No need to go crazy about the purity of the juice. The important thing is to do this everyday. Enjoy the brew... ☼♥☼
@IdentityHero Keep it simple: In the morning, brew/heat a cup of water; add 4-5 bags of decaff green tea, plus 1 bag of regular green tea; wait 5-10 minutes; pour the brew into a bigger container; add 1/2 of cup of 100% grape juice and 1/2 of cup of cold water; cut a lemon/lime in half, and squeeze its juice into the brew...(the natural citric juice increases the potency of the tea's antioxidants properties). Drink it at your pace, even it takes more than 3 hours... (to be cont...) ☼
Green Tea is considered by the experts as a SUPER FOOD. If you are concern about its caffeine effect, than drink the decaffeinated version. Obviously, ANY EXCESS of ANYTHING is not wise. For instance, If you drink 6 gallons of water per day, you could develop health challenges. So, in essence, a balance healthy diet that includes Green Tea calls for NO side effects concerns or risks.☼♥☼

Green Tea has some caffiene, and this can effect your sleep, and make you nervous and a little hyper.
