This was something I did as the LAST PORTION OF MY WORKOUT JUST TO SNEAK IN SOME METABOLIC WORK FOR FAT LOSS.
50 reps is way too high. The speed of the reps will decrease too much and although you may be huffing and puffing, that doesn't mean you are training smartly or optimally.
This nprotocol is simply used as a way to finish off a leg day workout. It is metabolic in nature, therefore great for fat loss and with all fat loss protocols, the protocol want neccessarily remove fat from the legs. It will tax the legs, elevate metabolism nicely before you leave the gym and therefore aid with your fat loss efforts.
Before this protocol I had done deadlifts, high box step ups and glute ham raises.
This is a good leg burner workout alright, tried it twice now and feel it for the next 48 hours. But is the fat loss only concentrated around the legs? alternativley I would do 50 reps on each leg. One leg at a time with no rest. whats better?
