LIsten Up everyone. This takes a very long time and there is a faster way NOT PATCHED. go to megaton, moira's crater supply, then go to the wall behind the guard and keep throwing plasma mines. you can defuse them over and over again. 12-16 XP.

I only get 6 xp each time from doing this. Is there any way to increase it? I need the neutral achievements but I just played through the game and I don't really wanna play through it again right now. ^^
