  • The Stimulus did not include any economically efficient tax cuts. The Stimulus only cut taxes for people making below $250 K a year. To help the economy, we need to taxes for the top. Democrats play class warfare with this, but don't forget that those tax cuts will trickle down.

  • @aaasssfffdddiii Trickle down voodoo wackjobbery is just that. When the rich get tax cuts they just take it to the bank or Wall St. casinos and piss it away gambling on commodities that drive up everyone's cost of living more (not to mention the massive bank bailouts they cause) but when the poor get a tax break they spend it and stimulate the economy.' It is a simple fact: Tax cuts to the rich do NOT trickle down. Never did and never will. A right wing fallacy.

  • @connecticutman1 You do not understand basic economics. You are literally too economically illiterate to take seriously.

  • @aaasssfffdddiii I'll take you seriously when you grow up.

  • @aaasssfffdddiii And grow a sense of humor, bud. I think trickle down voodoo is BS, too. I am laughing at these GOP idiot voters demanding their own personal stupid and cheering when they do not get it. lol

  • @connecticutman1 Ya, Obama's economic plan works so much better

  • Better than those payroll tax holiday (for the rich to pay for an extra holiday) and 13$ is a meal for the families that can't afford to eat one every time they should.

"An increase in the child tax credit would have been a good idea."

    Yep, gotta agree with that.

  • Yea, I can't wait for my $13 a week, thanks Obama

  • GOP voted against the spending. The bill has tax credits but few tax cuts. Many people don't plan on buying a car or home, so most Americans might see no benefit or very little. Tax cuts like payroll tax holiday, across the board income tax cuts, writing off capital equipment, slashing the corporate tax would vastly be of greater benefit. An increase in the child tax credit would have been a good idea. Those directly affect us now. And most DEMS were even reluctant to add those credits
