@richlondonrich actually no they are not... cats are not 'wild' animals, they did not evolve that way they are bred and domesticated by humans. If you let your cat outside it gets into fights, its raped by male cats, it can be run over, it can catch disease. It can be subject to animal cruelty and so on... indoors they are safe, clean, warm, and will live much longer. Plus you gain a more personal relationship with the cat and it almost becomes like having a dog. My cat is very happy indoors.
