very nice tut! which leads me to ask this: Can you also make a tut on how to create a layer mask where your foreground image is "the mask" and the background image, which is larger than the foreground, will auto fit into the foreground image. Even when you drag the background image, it will still auto adjust the frame into the foreground picture. It's like you want to see a photo under a paper that has a hole in it. I hope you got what I mean. or you may point me to a tut vid if there's one. TY
In other words, I wanna know how to put a large image into a smaller frame without cutting the large image to retain its size and quality.
It's like instead of filling a frame(sqare or circle) with a pattern, your putting another image into it. By that you can drag the image and set it to whichever portion of the picture you wanna show on the frame.
I hope somebody could just point me to a video tutorial, if you know what I mean. Thanks!
Duplicate the layer you want to reflect, then go edit-transform-flip vertical. Then position the image under the original image, and add a layer mask to the reflection. Then get a gradient from black to white and while holding shift, drag up and then turn the opacity of the layer down!
this is gonna come in handy with my drawing presentations, thanks!

Well said - It really is that simple but can seem a mountain to climb if you don't know how.

Awesome tip! I was getting frustrated with some projects not being able to do that. So simple an option and I missed it, haha.
