Even though Hetalia has comedy, there's still pain. When England dropped at America's feet and burst into tears, I realized that this was more than a cartoon. It shows feelings through characters and what happened. I feel like crying now because this video really pulled out the true meaning of Hetalia. I can't believe I've been so oblivious to what happened. The past of each character is portrayed carefully during this anime.

@alixio93 dont be, because what hetalia Doesnt do is actually show what led up to the revolutionary war in the first place..we tried everything to not have to go to war. i think the reason no one really goes into it now is because arthur and alfred are close again and maybe thats why i Never see that subject touched, its only that scene in the rain.

i may write a fic about it--there are some very good hetalia fanfics out there. (avoid anything with the word 'yaoi' in it though unless...yea)
