They were asking the french swimmers if they thought they could beat the usa they replied "Of course we can, we'll crush them, what else are we here for?" then, when it came time to swim, Phelps was a whole body away, but some how he came back, winning by.800 of a second, and you just see he yelling "WOOOOO!" Take that, Frenchies!!!!!!!!!!!
