  • BOOM BOOM BA is a widely used [and nicked] song written by the Métisse duo of Aïda & Skully. They were huge in Europe & their music rang in the millennium in Dublin, IE {their home base}. Currently they have a new contract with Sony publishing. Their music has been featuring in movie & TV trailers. They can be found on FB, MS & web under metisse music. Their record company is BLINDFAITH Management; Or you can buy their music on iTunes. Just be sure you are getting the REAL thing.

  • The music is by Métisse

The song is called "Boom Boom Ba"

The song was featured in the TV Show "Dead like me"

-and it's film predecessor "Dead like me - Life after Death"

The show used in this video, along with the music is called "Nip/Tuck"

  • Turns out it was Agni, an Ivory Coast dialect. found it out just now. translations are following:

    * Kélé, filla, saba, nani, norou: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

    * Kamélé: boy.

    * Mé kouman mé fora y bamê: Understand what I'm saying.

    * Aligna donguiri ma digné Mé kouman mé for a y bâmê: You don't need to like my song to understand what I'm saying.

I got this by google'ing up the lyrics.

  • @bondmircea

it's not agni but Malinke an other Ivory coast dialect.

    the translation is correct

  • @cancerus2 It is Agni from the Ivory Coast. I know Metisse personally, so I know this is correct.

  • The Music is from the Series and Film called "Dead like me" (series) / "Dead like me - Life after Death" (film)

The images on this song is from the series Niptuck...

  • beautiful song

l liked so much the moment with dancing legs!

    P.S.

the words - not russian in any case)) - I am russian, so I can assure you - there is not even a single russian word))

  • what film is the video from?:D pls..

  • Its a cable tv show called nip/tuck on FX Network

  • The lyrics posted in the description are totally wrong! She's singing mostly in an African dialect.

  • Ivory Coast to be precise.

  • Boom boom: the beating of the heart...

ba: child (in Agni, an Ivory Coast dialect). Therefore, the singer's heart is beating for the children of the world.

    Kélé, filla, saba, nani, norou:

    1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

    Kamélé: boy.

Mé kouman mé fora y bamê:

    Understand what I'm saying.

Aligna donguiri ma digné Mé kouman mé for a y bâmê:

You don't need to like my song to understand what I'm saying.

  • obviously not russian, but it sounds kinda like it...

I'm just saying that there's more in the song than what you can hear in english :P

    A boom boom bá¢

    Mé kouman mé for a y bá¢máª

    Kélé, filla, saba, nani, norou"

    ?
