i installed the app raging thunder 2 and at first i open the app its says "downloading data from sd card" the it says "download failed make sure that your internet connection is fully working."

i cant figure out where to put the swype apk on my phone? does it even need to be on my phone? i have it on my computer. i successfully install it, but i cant access it. and its on my internal phone storage not my micro sd card. please help:P

I followed the directions exactly but I can't get it to work. My phone will not connect. I get an error that says, "unable to find HTC Sync on your PC..." even though I clearly have it installed and open on my pc. :( I was really sure this was going to work, too.

well I got everything working right.. got your version of swype downloaded... then i ran it and it said it needed to be upgraded... so I went online & found the newest version in apk format. installed it.. opened it.. and it said my screen size wasn't compatible with the version :( FML

Thanks the upload, took me awhile. When you finished, search for swype under manage application. It should be there just scroll down. Worked under window 7.

Awesome. The blocked sideload apps was a deal-breaker for me, but this makes me want to buy the HTC Aria now. There's absolutely no way the fucking /service/ provider should be preventing people from using whatever software we want that will run on the phones we own.

I downloaded the button and I dont get the Application installer button =/ something I did wrong? I downloaded your program, I never got asked to update the program though that got me suspicious. Could it be that downloading the program takes you to the latest program already? =/ I really wanted Swype.

@lightblade47  Remember these things

Try again and make sure Redownload the mediafire link.

1) Open the program (let it open and leave it alone for a couple minutes.

2) The Update should only come if your connected to the internet

3) Plug in your aria via the data cable. (SYNC MODE!)

4) Let it sit for a while , if nothing comes up go to the bottom right of your screen and Right click the HTC SYNC ICON. Click Open.

5) Hope it works.

ps. im running windows xp. NOT BEEN TESTED ON MAC, VISTA OR 7!
