I believe he is referring to the 1.01 patch. I am not 100% sure, but I think that the 505 games version is supposed to be the -real- fully updated one, whereas the German version is still pre-505 games release.
Its called a BETA, its the german version, the one ur playing now. Dont judge until the official game is released with the new patch when it comes out for rest of europe.
