i think i know how he did it because my thing has the same effect. he got some plastic he cut a square a little longer than the card that is i bit skinny. he got some glue and glued it to the middle only is the middle.then with his thumb and pinky he pushes then plastic that left over and that what makes it flout. be careful they can see the plastic in some angles

@TheAwsome0ne theres a basic gimmick made with transperant plastic, the middle is glued to the middle of the card and the 2 ends are held between the thumb and pinky. Card ''levitates'' by applying pressure with pinky and thumb.

the way he does it .. there is a seethrough piece of plastic going from 1 side to the other. and all he does is pinch the plastic ends with his thumb and pinkie and it makes the card go up.
