I had the pleasure to be in that race and raced many times with Gerry. A truly larger than life character and a gentleman on the track. Proper days of racing is right when compared to the antiseptic, safety car infested, chicanes everywhere racing of today frequented by effeminate, rich prima donnas.
Gerry Marshall and Graham 'Skid' Scarborough every which way but straight in a pair of three litre Capris. Does it get any better...? Was that Andy Rouse or Pete Hall in the Esprit...?
