In fact no! It's Casey's cousin Vicky. It's from season 1 episode The Wedding! Derek kisses Vicky, the actress is Sarah Gadon. She and Ashley Leggat (Casey) look the same so we Dasey fan pretend that Derek and Casey are kissing. If you look at other Dasey vids you'll see this scene very often.
