In addition, this is my first encounter with the Ray Noble-Al Bowlly collaboration of Here Lies Love. I always thought the Bing Crosby redition haunting in its beauty and pathos, but I'll second kspm01's declaration: this version is indeed perfection and sublime!

"Here Lies Love" was recorded on December 8, 1932 at EMI's Abbey Road Studios in London. Released on HMV B-6283. The vocalist is Al Bowlly.
