You still can't read, I stated it is partially in Asia, but the majority of the population is located in the Euro side of the country, I would know, I have been to Moscow about a dozen times. It is entirely white people, and they love most Europeans. Russians do however, hate black people, more than any other Euro folk.

My cousins in Moscow told me that they do have dark asians there but no blacks. They were quite surprised to see so many when we were in DC.
