Do you understand the difference between a private citizen and a public figure?? Paris Hilton is a private citizen. Al Gore is a private citizen. Nancy Reagan is a private citizen. Rush Limbaugh is a private citizen.

Gibbs is a public figure, he draws his salary from the government.
