If you are buying and they sell Kingston Japan then get that. If it's listed as simply Kingston, then get Sandisk which is probably available as well.

this guy must have either a defected kingston micro sd card or maybe its just how the cards were in 2007...but i recently picked up a 4gb kingston micro sd with a cyclo ds and it literally saves in 1 blink on phoenix wright...ill make a vid and repost on this vid wen its up.

He's using an R4, and you're using a Cyclo. The Cyclo is bound to save much faster than the R4.

Dual language is on the japan version of this game. However, it is said that the English only version has lesser or no typo. The dual language has more typo.

SanDisk are made and manufactured with better materials and also have a more quality build. However for the test only one variable should be changed with one control.

Should have tested with 2gb kingston and 2gb sandisk class 2 or 4 cards.

I think it depends on the card you have, Each one has different processing speeds, but if it's just saving, I don't think it really matters on how much blinks it takes just as long as it saves...

Hey, I don't know why you have a problem with the Kingston SD card. I have a R4DS and I use a Kingston SD card (2 gig). I've tried the same game as you did, and my Kingston SD card even saves faster than your Sandisk. I'm not suggesting that one card is better than the other, but maybe you have a Kingston SD card that's, I don't know, a little bit broken or something.

on 2 gig it is 1 or 2 blinks

i had a kingston 1gb and i found it corupted the data on the card all the time then suddenly it stoped reading in the card reader

then i now have a sandisk 1gb and no problems

so far,

im using a TTDS rom card and it would corupt and not load often with the kingston card

but with sandisk i used it all the time with no trouble

perhaps i just had a bad card but i feel sandisk is way better and faster too :)

I ordered R4 mar 1 with kingston 2gb, then I saw video and freaked out! Shoot! I should have bought sandisk!

However, it wasn't like this video. I played the same game, Ace attorney, and when I saved, it blinked only 2 times, yet it was kingston sd card.

So if you plan to buy sd card, go for kingston. It cheaper and as fast as sandisk.

Not all SDs have same transfer rates, theres some SanDisks better than Kingston and some Kingston better than SanDisk.

But frem experience Japan made Kingstons have great (if not one of the best) transfer rates, if you get the right model.

Yea its hard to say what is the BEST. But that particular SanDisk is pretty good. I use alot of SanDisk products and i can't say ive been dissapointed by them :)

Unfortunately this test is kinda flawed...In order to have an accurate test you would need to have several factors as a constant. the Size of the SD disk and the files on the disk. Also you would need to do it with several and get an average. However this test does prove that this Sandisk is faster than your kingston disk

well.. i am not sure bout it.. but i do find that when i use kingston the games seems to load slower... even for megaman pegasus... so 2 games is enough for me to base my opinion... if you disagree then its up to you choose which card to use.
