Keep this in mind. Foreign Aliens make up only about about 8% of population, yet they account for 30% of the violent crimes. That means they are 3 times more likely to cause crime than citizens.

I suspect legal aliens account for little crime, and most of the crime is committed by illegal aliens.

Might want to check the report King is referring to. The report says 27% of inmates in federal prisons are non-citizens, that means both legal and illegal immigrants. They don't tell you what the percent is for state and local jails. That's because Rep. King didn't ask for it. According to the Department of Justice, non-citizens (both legal and illegal) account for 4.6% of state and local. Put together, that means foreigners account for 6.4% of the prison population, not 28%.

But there are up to 20,000,000 illegal aliens and about 300,000,000 American citizens. That's a 15:1 ratio, so the American citizens should be committing 15 times as many crimes. Also, the 70% isn't all American citizens, but includes other foreign groups including temporary VISA holders, foreigners with legal residency, as well as all the Mexican immigrants' chumps who have been born on US soil.

He is doing a lot about it. Have you been under a rock. This is one of many things he's doing - educating the public about this huge problem. It's worse the the Iraq war, and is costing us MORE than the Iraq war in money and lives.
